Postal Information

GENERAL:

Unless stated otherwise on a product page, postage rates are calculated at checkout. 

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, we aim to dispatch orders of in stock items in 3-5 working days. In stock items will have 'IN STOCK' in the product name.

Pre-order items will have 'PRE-ORDER' in the product name and will be dispatched in accordance with the details on the individual product page.

Extra order items will have 'EXTRA ORDER' in the product name and will be dispatched in accordance with the details on the individual product page.

Orders that contain a mix of in stock items and pre-order/extra order items to be dispatched at a later date, will be held and posted when all items are in stock. Details of whether an item is in stock or whether it will be dispatched at a later date are on each of the product pages.

UK Customers (excl. Northern Ireland): Please note that from January 1st 2021 there may be additional taxes and/or duties, and customs processing fees due on receipt of your order.

USA Customers: From August 29th 2025, there will be taxes and an administration fee due on receipt of your order. See here for more details.

NATIONAL POST (to addresses in Ireland):

Orders are currently sent standard post with An Post. There is no tracking with the standard post service.

An Post have advised that mail deliveries in Ireland are currently operating as normal. Any updates can be seen here. 

INTERNATIONAL POST (including to addresses in Northern Ireland):

Orders on this site are posted from Limerick, Ireland, using our national mail carrier An Post. For further details on who will deliver your order in your country see here

Please note that in certain countries local taxes and/or import duties, and customs clearance fees, may be payable on receipt of your postal order. These taxes and/or duties, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be calculated or charged at checkout.
